Diary of A Rich Kid: Secret of the Sea
Diary of a Rich Kid: Secret
of the Sea
A sequel to Diary of a Rich Kid: Road Trip. This time Robin and his friends are having a vacation under the sea to escape from the world that was attacked by a virus. Robin’s father has brought all six of them together with his mom to the underwater world where they discover a mystery not known to the world. A piece of shocking news was revealed from the underwater putting Robin’s parents and friends in danger. Fortunately, a new friendly creature saved them from the revenge coming from the sea.
I recommended this book to everyone out there who need some funny yet unexpected twist as an escape from all your thought on the pandemic. The story is very simple and well written. The plot is easy to understand, and the theme moves from fun and surprising to nerve-wracking and anxious. Suitable to those who love a calm and cheerful story but with a little bit of adrenaline rush.
Personally, I love reading the book especially when it is coupled with great illustrations that act comic-like. Also, I am really in love with the cover because yellow is my current mood now! HAHAHA.
Always, there will some lessons we could learn.
1. Do not do something dangerous without your parents’ permission especially when you are still underage. The worry you might put on your parents’ shoulders is unbearable.
2. The sea is part of our world, and it makes most part of the Earth, hence it should be preserved and all living creatures that have habitat under the water should be protected. Do not serve our own greed even if we could.
3. COVID-19 is real, and it is deadly. So, please get yourself register for vaccination and patiently wait for your turn. Just don’t be antivaccine because that put a lot of trouble on a lot of people.
